Affordable Housing Program
The Grove at Shoal Creek is proud to include an Affordable Housing program that will include approximately 50 homes for purchase and 90-100 for rent on completion of the development. Our team recognizes the need for affordable housing in our great city and this community was conceived to help provide some affordable options in a much-desired location. The program has been designed according to the City of Austin’s guidelines and in conjunction with Community Wheelhouse, an organization that specializes in creating neighborhood sustainability and community development.
