At the corner of Lacey Cup and Jackson Avenue, sits the latest addition The Grove development, Adelaide. It is intricately designed to include 150 units over below-grade parking and surrounds a generous pool deck on this prominent corner lot. The architecture draws from local central Texas materials and patterns, including limestone, wood, and board and batten siding, but also incorporates a modern twist with white fiber cement panels and dark Ironspot brick. The result is an understated and elegant building that fits seamlessly into the surrounding development and connects strongly with the signature park.

Ground Floor Lobby
The lobby showcases a contemporary design acting as an extension of the resident’s home. The coffee bar and lounge spaces give the residents a central meeting space outside of their unit for enjoying a cup of coffee or hosting a nighttime event. In addition to a space for relaxation, the ground floor lobby offers a co-working area that gives the residents a home office away from home. Lastly, an open mailroom provides plenty of space and open surfaces for residents to sort through packages.
Fitness Studio
On the second level, the Fitness Studio offers direct views to the pool deck and a wide array of workout equipment to accommodate all fitness levels. There is a separate studio with mirrors for group classes as well as Echelon screens to help guide a user through a customized workout.
Sky Lounge
In contrast to the ground floor main lobby, the fifth floor Sky Lounge offers a more intimate and moody aesthetic that is the ideal place to host guests for dinner parties, wine tastings, and cocktail hours. The lounge is equipped with an operable window wall offering panoramic views of downtown and the Grove’s signature park while allowing residents and their guests to enjoy the great weather that comes along with the mild Austin winters we all love.
The Adelaide is the first of two new residential buildings starting in 2024! Each building will have four floors of homes ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, approximately 750 to 1900 square feet, and amenities including swimming pools, fitness centers, and business centers. Our goal is to have these homes ready by end of 2025 but we will commence opening for Pre-Sales in Fall 2024.
