A Message from The Grove
The spread of COVID-19 has made an unprecedented impact on everyone in our community including employees, customers, families, partners, and friends. We are working every day to stay informed and find the best ways to continue our operations in a responsible manner that puts health, wellness, and safety at the top of our priority list. Effective immediately, we are taking the following steps:
Social Distancing: We are following Centers of Disease Control guidelines and creating opportunities to keep virtual appointments with our sales counselors. The Grove Store will remain open for appointments from 12pm-5pm. You can still set an appointment with one of our Online Home Specialists at 512-645-2145. We will continue to smile and enjoy our interactions but we will no longer be able to shake hands.
Postponing All Events: All group events have been cancelled or postponed. To help flatten the curve of the spread of COVID-19, we must avoid group settings where infection could spread.
Emphasis On Cleanliness: We are increasing the frequency of professional cleanings of our models and workspaces, washing our hands throughout the day, and keeping an organized work environment. We will also cease the use of paper collateral and share our materials digitally when at all possible.
We remain committed to delivering on our promise to give each and every customer an enjoyable home-buying experience. An Online Home Specialist is still available for questions 7 days a week at 512-645-2145. If you are under contract, your Sales Representative is still available for questions and updates.
