We are excited to announce that Perry’s Restaurants will be opening their second CARVE American Grille location in Austin at The Grove! This new take on the American grille from renowned restaurateur Chris Perry builds on his experiences in his father’s butcher shop which opened in 1979. CARVE elevates your idea of what an American grille can be with live-fire, smoke, and wood grilling techniques working together to create an unforgettable dining experience in an inspired atmosphere. 

The new restaurant at The Grove will feature over 9,400 square feet of beautiful contemporary space with a main dining room, a wine tower, three private dining rooms, an island bar, and three outdoor patio spaces. The Butcher Room will showcase skilled carvings of the freshest hand-selected custom cuts. Also on display are the fresh herbs grown in-house via their high-tech Farm Shelves. The CARVE bar provides its own interactive experience with signature smoky cocktails and an expansive wine tap list.
