In The News: Grove at Shoal Creek developer optimistic about mixed-use plans
The Grove team discussed our city approval process and optimistic position as we continue forward with the Austin Business Journal.
“We’re getting about 100 to 150 additional inquiries on a weekly basis of people who want to live in the project,” [Garrett] Martin said. “We have a list about 7,000 people that are interested in living at the Grove.”
