Exciting news for fitness enthusiasts in Central Austin! This summer, Nike is bringing its renowned fitness studios to town, with the Nike Running Studio set to open at The Grove. The new studio promises to deliver a unique and immersive experience for runners of all levels.
The Grove Welcomes Nike Running Studio
Located at 2729 Perseverance Drive, the 3,171-square-foot Nike Running Studio at The Grove will offer a variety of classes tailored to different types of runners. Whether you’re a sprinter, looking to build capacity, or aiming to enhance endurance, there’s a class for you. The studio’s training sessions will incorporate a balance of treadmill and strength workouts, designed to help members achieve their fitness goals.
What to Expect
The Nike Running Studio will feature three distinct class types:
- Sprinting: Focused on short bursts of high-intensity running.
- Capacity: Aimed at increasing the overall running capacity through moderate to high-intensity training.
- Endurance: Designed for long-distance runners to build stamina and endurance.
Each session will utilize the Nike Running Studio Pace Screen, creating an engaging and motivating environment for runners.
Membership and Launch Details
The studio is set to open in the summer of 2024. Membership enrollment is currently open, with a presale offering an opportunity to become a Founding Member for $49. This exclusive offer includes a T-shirt, gift card, drawstring bag, and water bottle. Memberships are flexible and billed monthly, with the option to cancel up to 10 days before the next payment period. For those not ready to commit to a membership, drop-in classes will also be available.
