February 2022 at The Grove

2022 is off to an exciting start at The Grove with 14 homebuyers finding their dream homes in January. Phase Three is well underway with beautiful new homes starting and releasing for sale each month. In February, we are excited to announce the start of Building 14 near our Pocket Park. Laurel Series Townhomes

Six new Laurel buildings are under construction as part of Phase Three with all available homes released for sale. Located on the northern edge of The Grove, these townhome buildings include variations on popular Laurel plans unique to Phase Three. The Laurel B1 is a variation on our popular Laurel B plan. Palmetto Series Townhomes

Several new Palmetto townhome buildings are under construction featuring Palmetto A, C, and D plans. The Palmetto C at 4004 Diligence Drive features a Modern Farmhouse exterior, 63” Kent Moore cabinets, Concerto quartz countertops with a waterfall panel, and a perfect layout for entertaining. Olivette Series Townhomes

There is only one Olivette home left to purchase in Phase Three! Located in Building 56 on Emory Peak Pass, we have a beautiful Olivette A home expected to be move-in ready in the Spring at 4009 Emory Peak Pass.
