Preview the Mixed-use District
We are pleased to share the latest images from The Grove’s dynamic Mixed-use District. The main retail street spans from Bull Creek down to the 16+ acre park. We envision the retail street as a series of sub-districts, each contributing to a diverse range of experiences and programs. Our goal is to create a vibrant district with a mix of uses that create activity at all times of day throughout the week. The overall approach for the retail is to provide neighborhood centric retail and uses, with a strong local identity. Think great places to get coffee, the perfect corner spot for lunch, fitness on the park, and that boutique to pop into for special occasions.
